The low price is meant to get them into your home. Once there, they will use hidden fees, high pressure, and intimidation to increase the bill. There are several ways they can do this.

1. Charging extra for pre-treating: Some Las Vegas carpet cleaning companies will advertise "Steam Cleaning" at a very low price. This price usually does not include pre-spray or detergent. To properly clean a carpet, you need a pre-spray and detergent or fiber rinse.

2. Hidden Fees: There are many extra fees that some Las Vegas cleaners will try to make you believe are standard such as gas fee, furniture moving fee, water fee, second story access fee, and waste disposal fee.

3. Limiting the room size: A 100 Square foot room size limit means that the average Living Room of 225 Square feet would be charged as 3 rooms.

4. Aggressive Carpet Protector Sales: You may be told by some Las Vegas cleaners that your carpet will be ruined if you do not apply protection immediately after your cleaning.
